When someone dies, or a loved one is nearing the end of life, we would rather you rang us first than wondered what to do, tried to piece it together alone, or waited until morning out of politeness. That first call can happen at 2am just as easily as 2pm, and it will be answered by someone who can actually help, not an answering service.

We explain registering the death, coroner procedures, costs and choices in plain terms, at your pace, so you always know what happens next and why. Nothing is assumed and nothing is rushed. If the coroner needs to be involved, we tell you what that means in practice, not just the fact that it’s happening. There’s no such thing as a silly question, and no charge for asking one.

We will help you every step of the way by registering the death, what happens if the coroner is involved in the funeral and any other questions you may have. We always have a funeral director available to talk to families, also we take on so much of the burden on ourselves that you can gather your thoughts and prepare for the days ahead.
